3.1 Personal data collected when you visit our website
When you call up our website at www.innoheat.net, your web browser automatically transfers some data to our web server. This happens even if you do not register as a user, log in or actively submit information to us. The information collected in this manner is stored in a log file on the web server and includes:
The above data is processed by us for the following purposes:
Our website is hosted by the hosting provider www.mittwald.de. IP addresses are stored in an anonymized format (pseudo-nymized IP addresses). To anonymize IP addresses, the last octet of the address is removed. Example: 127.0.0.1 becomes 127.0.0.*. Such a truncated IP address can no longer be associated with a real computer or person. IPv6 addresses are also anonymized. The anonymized IP addresses are stored for 60 days. Login details are anonymized after one day. Error logs relating to error pages are deleted after 7 days. These logs contain the error messages and the IP address from which the access attempt was made. Depending on the error, they also contain the page that was called up. It is not possible to customise these storage times for individual users. The above data is subject to statutory filing periods.
3.2 Cooperation with data processors and other third parties
Where we disclose or make personal data accessible to third parties (data processors or other parties), we comply with all statutory requirements. Personal data is only disclosed to third parties with the consent of you as the data subject, if we are legally obliged to do so or where there is a legitimate interest on our part to store and process the data. Personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of specific data processing agreements and in compliance with article 28 GDPR.
4. Rights of data subject
As a data subject, you are entitled to information about the personal data stored and processed by us, its origin and the purpose of processing. This information will be made available to you free of charge upon request. Where data is incorrect, you have a right to rectification. You may also demand that we restrict the use of your personal data, and you have the right to have your data blocked or erased. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any stage. Notwithstanding statutory filing periods, personal data is automatically deleted within the periods stated in this data protection policy, or if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it has been collected.
5. Revision of data protection policy
We reserve the right to revise our data protection policy in line with changing legal requirements, or following a change to our services for users or to our data processing procedures. Such revisions will however only concern our explanations regarding our data protection and processing procedures. Clauses that relate to the consent of data subjects to the use or their data, or to contractual arrangements with users shall only be amended with the consent of the user. We kindly ask you to revisit our data protection policy from time to time to keep yourself informed of any changes.
